Public health, as the responsibility and duty of society as a whole, requires solutions from different disciplines. On 21 October 2021, in the agora of El Día Después was presented the thirs issue of the Journal 17: "Cross-cutting contribution of the SDGs to global health"
The coronavirus crisis is reinforcing the relevance and urgency of the 2030 Agenda within the public policies of our states.
Authors, experts and members of El Día Después analysed in this event the challenges we have as a society in terms of public health, from two dimensions:
- Interdisciplinarity, because we need a balance between health management measures for the pandemic and socioeconomic impacts.
- Co-responsibility, because public health is both a right and a responsibility of society as a whole.
