Teresa Sánchez Chaparro

 

Professor at the School of Industrial Engineering of the Technical University of Madrid (UPM).

She is a member of the Innovation and Technology for Development Centre of the Technical University of Madrid (itdUPM) and of the Research Group on Sustainable Organisations at the same university. For a decade, before working at the UPM, she held several positions in organisations linked to higher education, accreditation and university quality: ANECA (National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation), CTI (Commission des Titres d'Ingénieurs, Paris) and ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, Brussels). Currently, she still collaborates with several organisations in the sector as an expert (ACPUA, AQU-Catalunya, AVAP, CTI, AEQES). Her current lines of work and research are strategy in sustainable organisations, social enterprise and the fourth sector, social marketing and quality in higher education.
